Rani Sui Lake is located on a hilltop at an elevation of 3790m. From May to September, grasslands around the lake are covered with diverse flowers, hence giving the lake another name “flower valley”. In December, the lake freezes entirely and people may walk on it since the thick ice is impenetrable.
